Welcoming Year of Monkey: 8 February 2016

February 8, 2016 By Janet Williams 6 Comments

Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year 2016.

The building was poorly maintained and conditions were crowded and there were few facilities, no play area, squatter toilets, builder’s rubble in some corridors.
