I spent half a day in Eastleigh town centre yesterday to watch Eastleigh Mardi Gras.

The craft fair at Brambridge Park Garden Centre yesterday was refreshing.
Amongst fuchsias, geraniums and pansies, I found knitted tea cosies, embossed cards, delightful hand-made jewellery and Rule Britannia handbags by local independent crafters.

The new Doctor Who episode Into the Dalek will be shown tonight and I am excited! Why shouldn’t I be? It’s Doctor Who! But many people have stated that it is too early to introduce the Daleks to Capaldi’s Doctor two episodes into the series.

One day a few years ago, I received a phone call, asking me if I would like to come to Portsmouth to receive the Pingat Jasa Malaysia medal (Malaysian Service Medal). I was very surprised.
