Enchanting Hursley Post Office

I saw this advert in the Hursley Fete pamphlet last week and I was quite mesmerised.

Hursley Post Office opens 7 days a week and its services include: national lottery, dry cleaning, ice cream, deliver newspapers & magazines, locally produced eggs, bread, milk & cakes, pre-ordered foreign currency, euros on demand, greeting cards and stationery. Coffee Shops In Chandler’s Ford

(Update 10 Oct 2014: The last trading day for Asante coffee shop on Winchester Road in Chandler’s Ford will be on Saturday October 18th 2014.)

When we first moved to Chandler’s Ford 13 years ago, the first coffee shop I visited was The Coffee Room, at the Methodist Church, on Winchester Road.

Gurkha Chilli Hillboy

I bought a little jar of chilli last weekend from the lovely community store, Bay Leaves Larder, in Chandler’s Ford. It’s called Chilli Hillboy, from Gurkha Fine Foods.
