Wessex Cancer Trust: New Charity Shop in Chandler’s Ford

There is a new charity shop on Winchester Road in Chandler’s Ford – Wessex Cancer Trust.

The charity shop on 13-14 The Mall is between the Card Gallery and a beauty shop called ea.

Gibson's card gallery reopens - Chandler's Ford

Great News! Gibson’s Card Gallery at The Mall has re-opened.

Gibson’s Card Gallery was closed in April for a while, but re-opened just a few days ago.

Gibson’s Card Gallery is one of the oldest independent shops in Chandler’s Ford. It specialises in birthday cards, balloons, and gifts.

Asante Family Remains Optimistic Despite Chandler’s Ford Shop Closure

My name is Danielle Young. I used to work at Asante coffee shop in Chandler’s Ford for about three and a half years. Two of which I was manager.

I now work at The Toynbee School in Bodycoats Road as a learning support assistant for the visually impaired students.

The last trading day for Asante coffee shop on Winchester Road in Chandler’s Ford will be on Saturday October 18th 2014.

Asante coffee shops were set up by Paul and Shirley Barter five years ago. Another Asante coffee shop is in Romsey.

Meet Jane: Dr Yangzhou From China

Update on October 2014: The Chinese Medical Centre has moved from the Mall to 2 Bournemouth Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 3DB.

This afternoon, I braved the rain and popped in to see my friend Jane in her Dr Yangzhou Chinese Medical Center in The Mall in Chandler’s Ford, to wish her a very prosperous Chinese New Year.
