Fryern Funtasia 2013: Blissful With Centrestage Youth

May 10, 2013 By Janet Williams 2 Comments

At Fryern Funtasia 2013 in Chandler’s Ford, I relaxed on the grass and enjoyed a blissful open air theatre moment. It was a luxury.

Fryern Recreation Ground was filled with music: Chandler’s Ford Boys’ Brigade Brass Band, Cool Jazz by David Tripp, and the open air theatre by the very talented young people from Centrestage Productions Youth Theatre.

They entertained many of us with songs from the musical Les Misérables.

The youngsters are promoting their new show: Miss Saigon (School Ediion).

They’ll perform at The Point Theatre in Eastleigh, from 5th – 10th August (Monday to Saturday).
