Hiltingbury Tennis Club

December 4, 2017 By Ray Fishman 4 Comments

Hiltingbury Tennis Club had another year of great social tennis this spring and summer. With several new members signing up the £25 annual subscription is great value. Members played at various times of the week and some weekends to suit everyone.

James Airey masterminded a fun mixed doubles competition which was completed on November 13th.

Tennis can be played all year, weather permitting. So if you would like to give it a try call Ray Fishman on 07521 151 761. You will be assured of a warm welcome.

Hello! I have just starting playing tennis again with my husband and another couple who are very good and regular players…they are very patient…I’m loving it! Are you still open for new members please. We live locally and definitely keen to learn more about your club.
Thank you and kind regards. Sandra Galsworthy

      Hi Sandra
This is Sue Meredith (ex Moulton Northampton). Would love to be back in touch. Can’t find your address in Chandler’s Ford and maybe you’ve moved anyway.

    Hi Sandra,
    Thanks for your interest.
Currently we are having to have a waiting list to join the Club due to the Courts being so fully booked. This gives our current members Court time at the moment as we cannot book enough Courts for our needs. There is a group of Ladies too that are associated with our Club and I could ask them if they would be able to include any more people in their sessions.
Also sometimes I arrange ad hoc forursomes.
The best thing is to give me a ring and I could tell you more about us and take your details.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, thank you Ray for such a prompt reply and for the information. It was another friend who mentioned the ladies group to me and that could be something we’d both be interested in. I will speak again with her next week and then give you a call soon. The mixed group and being placed on a waiting list also sounds good. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Kind regards Sandra Galsworthy
