April 19, 2015 By Ray Fishman Leave a Comment

A public consultation is to be held on Wednesday 22nd April starting 13:45 (expected to run for a maximum 2 hours) at the Hocombe Hall at The Hilt, Hiltingbury Community Centre.

All tennis players are invited.

The background and purpose are as follows:

Background:
The Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury Local Area Committee of Eastleigh Borough Council has received approval for the long-awaited resurfacing of the Hiltingbury tennis courts.

Purpose: The meeting is being organised by Hiltingbury Tennis Club on behalf of all players at Hiltingbury, and the intention is to focus on what is needed, what are the issues involved in progressing the project, and how progress can be made.

Representatives from the Parish Council and Eastleigh Borough Council will be present, and we shall be calling on the experience and advice of Paul Phillips, Operational Buildings Manager for Eastleigh Borough Council.

We do hope anyone interested will come along. You are welcome to join the Hiltingbury Tennis Club. Details will be available on the day.
