Christmas Arrives At Fryern Arcade

December 3, 2014 By Janet Williams 2 Comments

This evening, Fryern Arcade was filled with Christmas spirit.

Children from The Federation of Fryern Infant and Junior Schools were singing Christmas carols at the Fryern Arcade.

Santa also turned up. Shops opened late.

At about 4pm, I walked past Fryern Arcade and took a few pictures before the event started.

Have you seen the Fryern Arcade car park looking so empty at 4pm on a weekday before?

The first arrival was the cheerful men and women from the Rotary Club of Chandler’s Ford & Itchen Valley.

They told me they would be serving “non-alcoholic” mulled wine. Did you try any?

The PTA of The Federation of Fryern Infant and Junior Schools held an attractive stall with sweets and gifts.

Here are some updates from Eastleigh Police and Chandler’s Ford Parish Council of the highlights this evening.
