2) Cancellation of events:
Thornden Hall is closed till Monday. The two charity events this weekend have been postponed: the screening of Unrest: award-winning documentary about ME/CFs on Friday, and ‘An Evening with Paul Newton’ on Saturday.

3) Chandler’s Ford Produce and Craft Market scheduled for 3rd of March has been cancelled.
The next Market is on Saturday 7th April, from 10am to 1pm: at The Age Concern Hall, Brownhill Road

2/3/2018 Friday
All waste collections have been suspended for Friday 2 March due to dangerous icy conditions. We are planning to recommence collections on Monday 5 March and collect them as soon as possible – weather and safe access permitting.
Places Leisure Eastleigh, The Point, Eastleigh, The Berry Theatre, Itchen Valley Country Park and Lakeside Country Park are all closed.
Council workers have gritted key community areas this morning including village and town centres, access to health centres and rest homes.
