Snow Brings Out the Best of People in Chandler’s Ford

March 3, 2018 By SO53 News Leave a Comment

Last Thursday, these people from Chandler’s Ford helped push a Bluestar 1 bus stuck in the snow in Chandler’s Ford.

The bus towards Southampton was at the Central Precinct stop.

Washington Muringayi happened to see this scene and filmed it. He shared the video on Facebook, and ITV has since shared this video and it has now been viewed nearly 30,000 times.

(Note: Some people might have wondered why Washington was filming instead of helping. He told us he was on crutches with a broken ankle and was unable to help push the bus.)

Many people have offered friendly help to their friends and neighbours in the community. Well done, everyone!
