Please stop by and say hello. You can find out about membership – and we are not only looking for talented people to tread the boards, if you have always fancied having a go, we’ll welcome you with open arms!

Come and meet the Chameleons at the Hiltingbury Extravaganza 2014: Sunday 14th September 12pm to 5pm

You are welcome to join the Chameleons

We need help with the technical side of putting on a play too, so if you are interested in learning about lighting, sound, set-building or finding out what goes on backstage with scene changes and props during a production we’d be delighted to meet you.

The Chameleons meet for rehearsals every Tuesday at The Ritchie Hall on Hursley Road and stage four productions every year.

The Chameleons welcome you.
The Chameleons welcome you.

We will also have details of how you can take advantage of Priority Booking online, two weeks before the Box Office opens to the general public.

Upcoming productions: The Ladykillers and The Wizard of Oz

We will also be promoting our forthcoming production of The Ladykillers based on the classic 1958 Ealing Studios black comedy starring Alec Guiness, Peter Sellers and Herbert Lom. The stage adaptation was written by Graham Linehan of Father Ted fame.

We will then be putting on The Wizard of Oz from 23rd to 31st of January 2015 – there is always lots going on with The Chameleons so come and join in the fun.

    Nick,

Thanks for the publicity of the event. It’s great that the Chameleons will be sharing what they do in the community and encourage participation in this wonderful theatre group.

It’s strange that I haven’t seen any advert or banner about the Hiltingbury Extravaganza in town yet. I spoke to a few friends and they were surprised the Extravaganza is back this year. I hope there will be publicity soon so that more local people will get to hear about it as they may plan to attend.
