Hampshire Constabulary: Appeal and Advice after Chandler’s Ford and Eastleigh Burglaries

From Hampshire Constabulary:

Eastleigh police are urging residents to follow crime prevention advice after a number of recent garage and shed break-ins in Chandler’s Ford and other surrounding areas.

The details are as follows:

Cornwall Road, Chandler’s Ford
Between 6pm on Sunday 30 September and 9.30am Monday 1 October
Garage door forced and motorcycle removed – this was left in a nearby alleyway as it would not start

Ashley Gardens, Chandler’s Ford
Between 10pm on Monday 1 October and 6.40am on Tuesday 2 October
Three garages broken into within a garage block – two bicycles stolen from two of the garages

Fir Croft Drive, Chandler’s Ford
3.30am on Tuesday 2 October
Garage entered but nothing stolen

Upper Northam Road, Hedge End
Between 5.30pm on Tuesday 2 October and 7am on Wednesday 3 October
Barn broken into and Honda motorcycle stolen
Access gained via skylight

Victoria Road, Netley Abbey
Between 11pm on Monday 1 October and 2am on Tuesday 2 October
Bike shed door broken and access gained – nothing stolen

Nutbeem Road, Eastleigh
Between 9pm on Sunday 30 September and 7am on Monday 1 October
Garage door forced and electric scooter stolen
