Christian Aid Needs Your Help Urgently

May 1, 2013 By Janet Williams Leave a Comment

Most of us give money.

But sometimes, we can also give our time.

Could you spare some time to be a Christian Aid collector in May?

During the Christian Aid Week, from 12-18 May, there will be house-to-house collections across Eastleigh, organised by volunteers in local churches.

I asked Stephen Dominy, Christian Aid Regional Coordinator, what helps he needs most.

Stephen replied:

“We would love it if anyone would be interested in taking part in the collection – by visiting either houses in their street or a nearby road. ”

If you can help, please contact Stephen Dominy directly on 023 8070 6969 or email: SDominy@christian-aid.org

Are you a Christian Aid collector? What’s it like going round people’s houses? Please share your experience with us.

What is Christian Aid all about? This video clip will tell you how your help can really transform lives.
