Another Triumph for Chameleon Theatre Company

July 24, 2015 By Ray Fishman 1 Comment

This week my wife and I attended the latest offering by our local Chameleon Theatre Company. We also took along someone new to this form of entertainment as we were sure that she would be hooked as we are to this talented group.

We were not disappointed.

Right from the start of Relatively Speaking we were transported back 50 years in this humorous Alan Ayckbourn tale of misunderstandings.

Beautifully cast and presented you could easily have believed that you were watching a professional outfit.

It would be unfair to single out any one of the four persons on stage. All threw themselves fully into their roles, word perfect and acting as if it was their day job. I found myself smiling throughout and sympathising with all the different human emotions portrayed.

The group obviously love working together. The new lighting was great, the sets very inventive. I also enjoyed the programme style and content.

I would say get along and enjoy this play except Chameleon’s shows are currently fully sold out almost as soon as the tickets go on sale. So I suggest you go online and see what’s on next and maybe you too will be as impressed as we are. Needless to say our guest can’t wait for the next show either.
