Christmas News: Eastleigh Rotary Club with Trigger the Train in Chandler’s Ford

December 19, 2016 By Janet Williams 1 Comment

While I was concentrating on some very important piece of academic writing this evening, a tweet by Sonja Davison came through.

Sonja told me: “John & I helping with Eastleigh Rotary Christmas collection in Chandler’s Ford with Trigger the Train.”

Trigger the Train! I stopped my writing, and played the video straightaway:

I shouted, “Sonja, where are you NOW? Where is Trigger? Could I see Trigger?”

They were actually in Scantabout area.

Next time could you get Trigger to come near Hursley Road? Or South Millers’ Dale?

It’s indeed beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Thank you John and Sonja for sharing this happy news with us.

Readers, please send more news about Christmas celebration in and around Chandler’s Ford. Let’s share the joy.

Janet, Thank you for posting last nights video on our trip around Scantabout.

Tonight we are in the Montgomery Way area and tomorrow we shall be covering the Bodycoates area.

During the day we are with the train at ASDA store.

Thanks from Eastleigh Rotary who meet most Mondays at the Concorde Club Eastleigh.
