Chandler’s Ford Central Precinct: Christmas Lights Switching On: Thursday 10 December

December 8, 2015 By SO53 News Leave a Comment

The Christmas lights will be switched on in Chandler’s Ford this Thursday.

Local traders from the Central Precinct have organised a friendly ‘Christmas light switching on’ ceremony for Thursday the 10th of December 2015, from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.

A celebrity (well, a local 3-year-old little girl called Jasmine) is going to switch on the Christmas lights at the Central Precinct.

Jasmine did a brilliant job last year, and this year she will be back to be the star again. (Jasmine’s father runs The Race Centre at the Central Precinct.)

Friends and supporters are welcome to join the traders at the Central Precinct for this low-key, festive get-together on Thursday.

Danny Mulcahy, who runs From Old to New, welcomes everyone to join the Central Precinct for some festive cheer.

Daniel Mulcahy, who runs From Old to New: Furniture Upholstery and Restoration at the Central Precinct, said this special Christmas lights event is for everyone to join, so that lovely local people can get together, and share the festive cheer.

Like last year, mulled wine and mince pies will be served in Rees Leisure for all to enjoy.
