My youngest son has just visited from China where he works as a teacher of kindergarten children.
Chinese parents are keen for their children to be taught English so he has been in southwest China for just over three years.

I was fortunate in meeting with my local Councillor recently (Valley Park ward, Test Valley Borough Council) and in the conversation we touched upon the thorny subject of housing development.

Whilst visiting London on business a few weeks ago I made the time to wander down to the Tower of London to have a look at the poppy artwork installation, which has received quite a bit of positive commentary.
