Traidcraft Review: Rice Cake

March 22, 2013 By Janet Williams Leave a Comment

We have the first Traidcraft review today.

Traidcraft Review: Rice Cakes

Rice Cake and Me, by Hazel Bateman

I use Traidcraft rice cakes every day instead of bread as I am gluten-intolerant.

They are as good as the most popular brand (Kallo) and similarly priced.

Unlike some rice cakes, Traidcraft rice cakes hold their shape and crispness well. I top them with peanut butter, vegan cheese or Marmite for snacks and light meals.

They are only about 28 calories each and are light and delicious! Highly recommended!
