In this lively and entertaining discussion, they’ll look at the dark art of crime writing, from their own Victorian settings through to the golden age of the Queen of Crime to today’s booming crime writing scene.

Diana Bretherick is a criminologist and former barrister. City of Devils won Good Housekeeping s first novel competition.

William Sutton’s Lawless and The Flowers of Sin launches in summer 2016.

Event: Wednesday 14 September 2016, 7pm. Tickets are £4 available from the library, through the booking line on 023 8027 6098, or online at The Art of Crime at Chandler’s Ford Library. Advanced booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
