How many lives do you have? One? Two (the one at work, the one at home for example)? Three (work, home, involvement in amateur dramatics or the church, say)?

Chandler’s Ford Hocombe Mead Vandalism

Burnt owl sculpture at Hocombe Mead, Chandler's Ford.

This morning, my son and I visited Hocombe Mead to check on the vandalised carved oak tree.

On Streetlife.com, I learned that some vandals had set fire to the tree stump containing the beautifully carved owl in our local beautiful nature reserve.

Hocombe Mead Guided Walk

My son and I walked in glorious sunshine last Sunday morning in Hocombe Mead, thanks to our guide Dr. Andy Barker, and his helpful friends from Friends of Hocombe Mead, and Southampton Natural History Society.
