There are many great local events in the coming weeks in Chandler’s Ford. Here are the highlights of some of them.

  • Winchester and Eastleigh Diabetes UK Support Group Eastleigh launch on Tuesday 12th September at 7 pm in the Dovetail Centre
  • Hiltingbury Extravaganza – Sunday 17th Sep 2017 at Hiltingbury Recreation Ground
  • Children’s Poetry Competition
  • Alpha Course: Chandler’s Ford Methodist Church, from 21st September
  • Dovetail Centre and Dovetail Centre Café: Official re-opening on Friday 22 September at 11.15am. The Mayor of Eastleigh Councillor Maureen Sollitt will be present, as will County Councillor Judith Grajewski and our MP Mr Steve Brine.
  • Comedy Night at The Hilt: 22nd September 2017: Southampton Women’s FC Fundraising on their path to premier league

Alpha Course: Chandler’s Ford Methodist Church, from 21st September

Alpha Course

Alpha is for anyone who’s curious. The talks are designed to encourage conversation and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

The evenings start at 7.30 in The Dovetail Centre Café, every Thursday from September 21st to December 7th. For more information, contact Mike Slatcher at m.slatcher@ntlworld.com.

    10 am to 1pm

    By popular demand we are back this Autumn with three monthly market on the first weeks up to Christmas.

    The support from the community has been a real bonus as we have as many as 100 customers visiting us in the three hours we are there.

    Our renowned Fruit and Veg Tom & Trish and the craft are of top quality made by local craftsmen/ women. It’s Free to come in so drop in and see us we don’t pressurised you but you will find all the stallholders will help you.
