Hampshire Constabulary: Appeal for Information after Chandler’s Ford and Fair Oak Burglaries

The information is via Hampshire Constabulary:

Hampshire Police are appealing for information following a number of burglaries in Chandler’s Ford and Fair Oak.

Houses were targeted during the day and evening, with entry gained through rear/patio doors or windows.

Jewellery and cash were stolen and safes were targeted.

The burglaries were reported as follows:

16 February – Osborne Drive, Chandler’s Ford

18 February – Bournemouth Road, Chandler’s Ford

22 February – Hiltingbury Road, Chandler’s Ford

24 February – Cox Row, Chandler’s Ford

25 February – Beech Close, Chandler’s Ford

25 February – Strawberry Mead, Fair Oak

25 February – Pavillion Close, Fair Oak

25 February – Hursley Road, Chandler’s Ford (two burglaries)

26 February – Scantabout Avenue, Chandler’s Ford

26 February – Lake Road, Chandler’s Ford

If you  have seen any suspicious people or vehicles in these areas, or have any other information about these burglaries, please call 101 quoting 441 800 770 40.

A 19-year-old man and a 25-year-old-man, both from Chandler’s Ford, were arrested in connection with the Beech Close burglary. They have been released under investigation.
