On the 10th of August 2014, Eastleigh Mayor Cllr Tony Noyce attended the With Syria Community Fundraiser in Chandler’s Ford.
On the 4th of December 2014, Councillor Tony Noyce, as Eastleigh Mayor, and Mrs Janice Noyce both attended the Age Concern Chandler’s Ford Carol Service 2014.

Cllr Tony Noyce also enjoyed the event of Eastleigh Christmas Lights Switch on, on the 23rd of November 2014.
The Leader of Eastleigh Borough Council, Cllr Keith House paid a tribute saying:
“Tony was passionate about his community in West End and worked relentlessly on the Borough and Parish Councils. Just as importantly he was a nice chap too. His popularity was such that he was last year’s Mayor.
