Change4Life: Get Going In Eastleigh With Spirit Health Clubs

July 24, 2013 By Janet Williams Leave a Comment

Are your kids getting enough exercise this summer? Would you like to enjoy a pampered weekend for free?

Visit Eastleigh Spirit Health Club this weekend and you’ll have lots of fun, and learn about how to lead an active, healthy life.

Free activities for the whole family

In support of the Change4Life ‘Get Going this Summer’ Campaign, Spirit Health Club Eastleigh are hosting a FREE Open Weekend on 27th & 28th July, in celebration of the one year anniversary of the Olympics and Paralympics, with family friendly activities for all to try.

For Spirit, this FREE Open Weekend will also mark a double celebration, as Spirit Health Clubs have picked up the top industry award as ‘Health Club Operator of the Year’, presented at the prestigious annual UK health and fitness industry awards dinner, earlier this month.

Over the weekend, you can come and use the facilities for free, but you can also receive free Personal Trainer taster sessions, healthy eating advice, special membership offers and a free prize draw.
